Best of Belgium Debuts at Maison & Objet

Best of Belgium: Belgian Design Shines at Maison & Objet 2026 With the Best of Belgium Design Gallery, Fedustria launches a prestigious showcase bringing the diversity and craftsmanship of Belgian furniture and object design to the world stage. Along the red carpet in Paris, visitors will discover a museum-like collection of timeless classics and modern innovations, enriched by the digital stories behind each brand. This initiative provides a powerful international platform for our local talent, anchoring the unique Belgian design identity, quality with character, worldwide.

BelgoFurn / Fedustria Opens a New International Showcase for Belgian Design

Fedustria / BelgoFurn is proud to announce a powerful new initiative that places the heritage of Belgian design back into the international spotlight: Best of Belgium. During Maison & Objet 2026, Belgium will participate for the first time with a collective group stand, immediately followed by the launch of an exceptionally inspiring concept: the Best of Belgium Design Gallery. This refined, carefully curated showcase brings the richness, diversity, and maturity of Belgian furniture and object design to a global audience of designers, buyers, press, and design enthusiasts. The fact that Best of Belgium resonates from the very start is evident in the enormous interest; this first edition is already nearly fully booked, underscoring the international strength of our Belgian brands.

The Gallery will occupy a prominent position along the red carpet of the trade fair: a symbolic entrance where visitors are literally welcomed through a gateway of Belgian craftsmanship and creativity. Within a uniform, elegant scenography, iconic designs, timeless classics, contemporary innovations, and new voices come together in a nearly museum-like experience. Each piece is presented with respect for form, material, and character, allowing the design to speak for itself, clear, powerful, and irresistibly Belgian.

Best of Belgium focuses not only on the objects themselves but also on the world behind them. Each displayed item features a name and a QR code that leads visitors directly to the digital story of the brand and the product. This creates a strong visual experience and a direct bridge to the identity, expertise, and creativity of our sector: the workshops, designers, traditions, and the unique vision that define Belgian design.

With this initiative, Fedustria aims to shine a spotlight on a sector that, even in challenging times, demonstrates exceptional resilience, imagination, and a passion for quality. The Best of Belgium Design Gallery is more than just a presentation; it is a source of collective pride, an invitation to the world to discover the best of Belgium, and a new international stage that structurally strengthens the visibility of Belgian designers and brands.

Paris serves as the starting point for a broader strategy. Best of Belgium is evolving into a recognizable and growing platform that will promote Belgian creativity at other international fairs and events, from the Middle East to the United States, and naturally at moments like Antwerp Design Week. Together, we are anchoring the Belgian design identity in the international field: with quality, character, and distinctive beauty as an unmistakable signature.

Fedustria strongly believes in this narrative, as Best of Belgium is an ode to Belgian design, a tribute to makers, and above all, a warm invitation to every visitor of Maison & Objet to stop by the Gallery (Hall 4 Stand C78-D77) and be surprised by what Belgium has to offer today. In Paris—and far beyond.
